Terms and Conditions

For any approved and undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a store credit. Payment refunds not included.  In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; and (ii) the following products are not eligible for return: Items delivered as described. Items eligible for return only if received as different from description. All shipments are recorded for quality assurance. Approved returns are processed by emailing hello@equalluxury.com with detailed request of refund item. Approvals are granted on a case by case basis.
